Basic Policy on Preventing Involvement with Criminal and Illicit Organisations
HYPES SB UK LTD (hereinafter, “the Company”) declares the following Basic Policy to prevent any association with or damage from criminal and illicit organisations.

The Company shall act as a unified organisation to counter any involvement with criminal or illicit organisations, and shall ensure the safety of all employees who may be exposed to such threats.

The Company shall block and refuse all relationships, including any business transactions, with criminal or illicit organisations, their members, or related parties.

To prevent any damage or involvement, the Company shall work in an organised and appropriate manner, cooperating with external professional bodies such as the police, the National Crime Agency (NCA), and other relevant law enforcement agencies, as well as its legal counsel.

The Company shall never engage in any illicit back-channel dealings with criminal or illicit organisations and shall under no circumstances provide them with funds or any other economic benefits.

The Company shall resolutely reject any undue or unreasonable demands from criminal or illicit organisations and shall take firm legal action, pursuing both civil and criminal remedies as appropriate.
